Seton Hall Prep defeated West Essex, 16-10, to win the Essex County Boys Lacrosse Tournament. The final was held on Monday at Verona’s Centennial Field after Saturday’s scheduled match had to be cancelled due to storms. Seton Hall also won last year’s tournament.
