Top-seeded Seton Hall Prep moved passed West Orange, seeded fourth, by a score of 3-0, in the first semifinal game of the Essex County Boys Soccer Tournament played on Wednesday evening in Belleville. The other semifinal saw Millburn, seeded third upset the number two seed Montclair in a highly fought match by a score of 4-3.
Millburn will face Seton Hall on Saturday in the Championship Final. The game will be played at Caldwell High School at 5:30pm as the first game of the boys and girls championships doubleheader. The girls final is scheduled for a 7:30pm start.
Admission at the gate to the doubleheader is $5 for adults and $2 for students and senior citizens.
