Millburn, seeded fifth, moved past Glen Ridge, the fourth seed, to advance to the Semifinal Round of the Essex County Field Hockey Tournament. Millburn will travel to take on top seeded West Essex at their home field on Saturday.

The bottom half of the draw has Mt St Dominic Academy (3), having defeated Montclair Kimberley Academy (6) in a dramatic overtime game traveling to Montclair to play the second seeded Mounties on Saturday.

The championship final is scheduled to be played on Saturday, October 15 at Montclair’s field.
