The Tournament Directors of the Essex County Softball Tournament have announced the Semifinal Round shall be played as scheduled on Friday afternoon at Ivy Hill Park, adjacent to Seton Hall University. At 4:30pm Verona (4) will face top-seeded Cedar Grove. The second game, will a start time of approximately 7pm, will feature upset minded Newark Academy (11) against Mt St Dominic Academy (2).
