The Essex County Boys Basketball Tournament completed it’s first set of “Play In” games on Thursday with four teams advancing in the preliminary bracket.
Newark Academy (35) moved past Livingston (34), now plays Columbia (11)
Golda Och Academy (33) defeated West Caldwell Tech (36), will face East Orange Campus (12)
West Essex (32) won over Belleville (37) and will travel to Bloomfield Tech (13)
Caldwell (31) was victorious over Technology (38), it’s next competition is Christ the King Prep (13)
The 2nd set of “Play Ins” is scheduled to be played on Saturday.
