With less than a minute left in the game the Newark Tech Terriers had an opportunity to take the lead, an possibly the championship of the 2016 Essex County Girls Basketball Tournament. But, a turnover ruined the Terriers chances and East Orange was able to hold the lead in an exciting ECT Final by a score of 42-40.
