The 2014 Essex County Boys Soccer Tournament Semifinals will be played Wednesday evening without its’ 1st and 3rd seeds. In two stunning upsets Montclair, seeded 3rd was eliminated by East Side (6) 3-0 and top seeded Millburn defeated, in overtime, by Belleville (9) 3-2. This presents some interesting match-ups for the Semifinal Round. At 5pm it will be East Side facing 2nd seeded Seton Hall Prep. Then at 7pm Belleville will match up against Livingston, seeded 4th.

Belleville is given an added advantage that the pre-determined semifinals are held this year at Belleville’s own stadium. The Final is to be played on Saturday, at Millburn High School, 7pm, following the Girls Soccer Tournament Final. The updated bracket for Boys Soccer may be found under our gray “Tournaments” tab.
