The “Play In” brackets for the Essex County Softball and Baseball Tournaments have been completed and all 16 seeds have been named in their respective First Rounds. In Softball, East Side (15) and Belleville (16) came out of the preliminaries to fill out the main draw. In Baseball it was West Essex (15) and Cedar Grove (16) who emerged from the three “Play In” games.

The First Round is scheduled to be completed by this weekend with the Quarterfinals for Baseball to be finished by Thursday while Softball has be completed by next Saturday.
